Technical Writing
I can develop any kind of technical writing using the following software: FrameMaker, Word, and screen-capture. My fee depends on the complexity of the documentation, anywhere from $15 to $45 per hour.

Instructional Design

Editing / Proofing
When I edit a document, I perform four passes as follows:
During the first pass, I read through the entire document trying to gain understanding of the content, and perform no mark-ups. In the second pass, I make sure that the content is based on the objectives and that the objectives are valid. I also ensure that the objectives/content is sequentially appropriate. The third pass is where I actually perform edits and mark-ups, both instructional and formatting. Last is the fourth pass, where I check for fluidity of content after edits and ensure that no gaps exist in the content. Please use my Contact page to inquire about this service.
