Front-End Analysis
I will come to your business in the Boston area in order to evaluate your Accomplished Performers, documenting in detail the tasks they perform and any issues relating to those tasks, whether positive or negative.
Next, I will document my findings in a Report informing you both of what areas are working well and which are not.
The solutions may vary, whether your employees need training or that they lack the tools needed in order to perform their tasks. Other solutions may involve reorganization or lack of incentive/motivation, whether monetary or management.
My fee is to be determined dependent upon the length of the analysis and the complexity of the job/task(s).

Training Development
After performing a Front-End Analysis in the Boston area, and we determine that training is required, I will develop training for your employees.
My fee is to be determined dependent upon the length of the analysis and the type of training, whether it involves job-aid development, train-the-trainer, web-based training, and so on.
